These services are ideal for homeowners who want reliable, professional help with everyday home issues—handled with attention to detail and respect for the home.
What Handyman Services Include
Handyman work is performed directly by us and does not involve hiring subcontractors or outside trade partners. Projects are typically limited in scope and completed in a single visit or short timeframe.
Common handyman services include:
- Drywall repair and patching
- Painting and touch-ups
- Trim, baseboard, and finish carpentry
- Door, hardware, and fixture adjustments
- Light fixture, faucet, and fan replacements
- Minor carpentry and repairs
- General home maintenance
- Punch-list and small improvement items
If a project grows beyond the scope of handyman services, we’ll explain that clearly before moving forward and discuss whether it should be handled as a general contracting project.
Handyman Pricing Structure
We believe handyman pricing should be clear, fair, and consistent, while still reflecting the value of skilled work.
Trip Minimum
All handyman visits include a trip minimum charge of $165, which covers:
- Travel time
- On-site assessment
- Job setup and planning
This ensures each visit is scheduled and handled professionally.
Line-Item Pricing
Many common handyman tasks are priced using standard line items, based on typical labor time and complexity. This allows for straightforward pricing on routine repairs and maintenance work.
Non-Standard or Custom Work
If specific work does not fit a predefined line item, it will be charged at a determined market rate. That rate is:
- Intended to fairly reflect the value of the work being performed
- Determined in good faith
- Based on the specific scope, skill level, and time required
