For projects that move beyond a rough estimate, we require a $300 on-site evaluation fee. This visit allows us to fully assess the project and provide a detailed, professional quote that we stand behind.
This detailed quote includes:
- A clear scope of work
- Product and material information
- A breakdown of the project into phases
- Cost per phase
- Permit and trade coordination considerations (if applicable)
If you choose to move forward with NJ Rojas Contracting, the $300 evaluation fee is credited back toward the project total.
